OneDrive filing
Approved letters are filed automatically to the "PP letters" folder on Swati's OneDrive, in the same folder and filename pattern already in use. This is one connection for the whole practice, not a personal login — whoever completes it is authorising filing, not signing in themselves.

Legacy letter import
Finds Swati's existing typed clinic letters already on OneDrive and adds them to the patient record as reference documents. A filename is only ever a suggestion — nothing is added to a patient's record until a person confirms which patient a letter belongs to below.
